CSC 247/447: Natural Language Processing

Fall 2006 Information

An introduction to natural language processing: constructing computer programs that understand natural language. Topics include parsing, semantic analysis, and knowledge representation.

Students taking this course at the 400 level will be required to complete additional readings and/or assignments.

Prerequisite: CSC 242. ( offered in odd-numbered years, alternating with CSC 248/448; cross-listed as BCS 235/534.)
