Browser configuration for the demo

All protein images in this demo are linked to the corresponding rasmol script that allows one to visualize them in 3D with the external viewer rasmol.

You need to have at least rasmol version 2.6 (that support inline pdb coordinates in scripts) and configure accordingly the mime types. For unix systems, this can be done by adding the following line in the file ~/.mailcap:

chemical/x-rasmol; xterm -geometry 50x10 -e rasmol2.6 -script %s >/dev/null 2>&

In case the server does not send files with a .rasmol extension with the correct mime type, or if the demo in run with local files, you have to add the following line to your ~/.mime.type:

chemical/x-rasmol rasmol
